January 29, 2026 ME · Metal/Non-Metal front-end loader, scraper-loader operator, pan operator, payloader, scraper rig operator HANDLING OF MATERIALS
Woods Excavating, LLC. · Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

Loader operator was entering the loader and placed hand on door jamb. Door closed on operators right hand middle finger. Operator required 12 stitches in right hand middle finger due to laceration.
