EE was injured when a 10"x10"x8' block of wood was being repositioned by a co-worker in the back of a truck. EE was exiting the truck bed and had his hand behind him on tailgate. The block of wood got away from his co-worker and crushed EE's left hand between the tailgate and the block of wood. The crew was cleaning up the site after the crusher had been relocated.
