WORKER STEPPED 6ACKWARD AND SAID HE TWISTED HIS KNEE. DID NOT REPORT ACCIDENT UNTIL NEXT SHIFT, AND AFTER HAD SEEN DR COULD HAVE REMINAED AT THE JOB DOING REGULAR DUTY. AFTER DISCUSSION WITH D
