WHILE W ELDING, EMPLOYEE STEPPED TOO CLOSE TO EDGE OF TOOL BOX CAUSING EMPLOYEE TO LOSE BALANCE AND FALL TO GROUND, STRAINING TRACK OF BACKHOE WITH LEFT SIDE OF RIBS.
