WAS INSTALLING NEW SAND SCREW-HELPING SET LEGS AND PULLED MUSCLES IN LOWER STOMACH. THIS ACCIDENT WAS NOT A REPORTABLE OR LOST TIME UNTIL THE WEEK OF 9-9-02.
