INJURED WAS ASSISTING SUPERVISOR WITH KNOCKING TIES OF TRAIN RAILS BEING REMOVED FROM THE FLOOR OF THE DRIFT. INJURED REMOVED SAFETY GLASSES TO CLEAN THEM WHEN THE SUPERVISOR STRUCK A TIE WIT H A DOUBLE JACK. MUD FLEW INTO INJUREDS RIGHT EYE.
