Employee was using a shovel to clear debris out from under a piece of equipment. They reported to manager that their back was hurting. After direction from the manager they came to the office and reported the injury to Human Resources, employee was encouraged to go to the walk-in clinic, they completed the accident report at the office, prior to going to the walk-in clinic.
