NO INJURIES, NO EQUIPMENT CAUGHT , VENTILATION WAS NOT INTE RRUPTED. AREA HAD BEEN SUPPORTED WITH 4' FULLY GROUTED RESIN BOLTS WITH SUPPLEMENTAL SUPPORT CONSISTING OF 9' COMBINATION BOLTS. FALL WILL BE CLEANED UP.
