THE VICTIM WAS 2PERATING A CAT D-8 DOZER RIPPING MATERIAL ON A BENCH. HE GOT TOO CLOSE TO THE EDGE AND THE DOZER STARTED TO TIP OVER. THE VICTIM JUMPED OUT AND THE DOZER ROLLED OVER ON HIM.
