EE BENT OVER TO PICK UP A FUEL HOSE. UPON A MEDICAL RESEARCH OF THE EE'S RECORD, IT WAS FOUND THAT THE EE HAD AN EXISTING HERNIA WHEN HE WAS HIRED ACCORDING TO HIS EMPLOYMENT PHYSICAL. THE EE WAS TOLD BY THE DOCTOR THAT HE HAD THIS EXISTINGMEDICAL PROBLEM.
