EMPLOYEE WAS CLEANING THE SHAKEN HOPPER WITH A CLEANING BAR THE BAR MUST HAVE HIT CONVEYOR BELT IN BOTTOM OF HOPER AND CAUSED EMPLOYEE TO LOOSE HOLD ON THE BAR,WHICH BOUNCED AND STRUCK EMPLOYE EMPLOYEE OVER HIS RIGHT EYE. EMPLOYEE WENT FOR TREATMENT AND RETURN TO WORK.
