EE WAS ALMOST FINISHED WITH THE PRE-SHIFT INSPECTION OF CRUSHING PLANT, WHEN HE NOTICED A ROCK LODGED IN GRIZZLY BARS, HE TRIED REMOVING ROCK BY HAND & IT FELL ON HIS FOOT & BROKE HIS TOE.
