WHILE UNLOADING A CONTROL VAN, THE EMPLOYEE ALLEGES HE WAS TAKING CHAINS OUT OF A BACKHOE BUCKET WHEN HE HEARD A POP IN HIS LOWER BACK CAUSING PAIN.

EMPLOYEE WAS ALLEGEDLY PULLING ELECTRICAL WIRES INTO CIRCUIT BREAKER BOX WHEN HE APPARENTLY STRAINED MUSCLES IN NECK AND SHOULDER CAUSING BOTH HANDS AND ARMS TO ACHE AND LOSE FEELING. USE OF H ANDS AND ARMS CAUSED PROBLEM TO GET WORSE.
