A miner was turning a pipe with a pipe wrench in one hand, and their other hand on the top of the pipe where an elbow was located. The pipe turned faster than the miner expected, and the miners thumb got caught in the elbow, bending it back.

A miner was conducting an inspection on an agitator. As the agitator turned, a bolt contacted the miner's finger, resulting in lacerations.

A miner was stripping electrical wires with a utility knife. The knife came out of the insulation as the miner pulled it down and came into contact with EE's right wrist, cutting the arm.
