While getting off the CAT D9 dozer, employee slipped off and hit his right hand on the tracks. It was Friday, he did not think it was bad. His right hand swelled over the weekend. He reported it Monday at noon.

Miner was exiting out of fuel island storage area as he had done many times before. Left knee strained and went out from him and he fell on his bottom. Surface area was/is clean dry clutter free and clear visability outside were he fell. Left knee has been weak from a 20 year ago injury. Miner was wearing his support brace on left knee at the time of the fall.
