Oversized rock went into crusher which EE saw and shut down. This is not a normal occurrence, without the competent person knowing EE & the loader operator attempted to remove the rock. EE put a chain around the rock and it moved pinching right hand. EE moved a small rock with left hand to free right hand. On right hand dislocated 2 fingers & wrist fracture.
