Brad Aitken + Sons Trucking + Earthwork · Struck against a moving object

Operator of Doosan excavator was on a slope moving boulder which gave way causing excavator to drop approx 4'. Operator was wearing seat belt, which actually contributed to the injury per the Dr. Operator received L1 back injury. Bed rest and brace until healed.
