Employee had finished washing on a conveyor belt and jumped from the head pulley of the belt to the ground. Employee was unable to walk and sought medical treatment. Employee was placed on restricted work duties and diagnosed with a broken leg.

Titan Mid Atlantic Aggregates, LLC · Struck by powered moving object

A customer truck driver stopped their truck at the entrance of the property. They got out of the truck and went to troubleshoot a vibrating noise. Then they were just behind the passenger side front wheel, the truck began to roll backwards. The truck rolled over the driver's foot and came to a stop on top of their foot, breaking a toe.
