I NAME HAD CRAWLED UNDER CONVEYOR ON CRUSHER TO CHECK OIL PRESSURE & WAS COMING UP FROM UNDERNEATH WHEN HE LOST HIS FOOTING & TWISTED HIS RT LEG HE SAID HIT KNEE FELT A LITTLE STIFF BUT HE DID NOT T HINK HE WAS HURT SO HE CONTINUED TO WORK IT WAS NOT UNTIL MON 07-29-91 WHILE ON THE JOB THAT HIS KNEE BEGAN TO SWELL QUITE LARGE AT THAT TIME THE FOREMAN TOLD HIM TO SEE HIS DOC HIS DOC
