EE WAS MOVING ROCKS BY HAND & CUT HIS FINGER. HE WENT TO OFFICE. CUT WAS SMALL. HE ELECTED TO WASH/BAND-AID AREA AND WORKED SEVERAL MORE DAYS. CUT LATER BECAME INFECTED.

2 EE'S WERE WORKING TO FREE CONVEYOR BELT. THE VICTIM WAS ROLLING THE BELT BACKWARDS BY HAND USING THE BELT DRIVE MANUALLY. THE 2ND PERSON WAS STANDING NEXT TO HIM AND TURNED ON THE BELT. HIS FINGERS WERE PINCHED AND CUT AND 1 BROKEN. THE DR RESTRICTED HIM TO MODIFIED DUTY FOR 4 WEEKS AND REFERRED HIM TO ANOTHER DR TO GET HIS FINGERTREATED

CONDITION HE ALREADY HAD. WAS TOLD LIMITEDUSE FOR 7 DAYS. OFFERED HIM LIGHT DUTY. HE WENT HOME INSTEAD.
