WHILE GIVING REGULAR PLANT OPERATOR A LUNCH BREAK. HE WAS PICKING MUD OFF CONVEYOR BELT TO CRUSHER AND AS HE LIFTED A PIECE OF MUD HE FELT A TWINGE OF PAIN IN HIS LEFT WRIST.

PARTY INVOLVED WAS CLEANING OUT UNDER GRIZZLY HOPER WITH A SKID STEER. THIS CLEANING IS ALWAYS DONE WITH A LARGE LOADER. PARTY DID NTO COMMUNICATE THIS TASK WITH LOADER OPERATOR THAT LOADS T HIS HOPPER. WHILE PARTY WAS CLEANING HE WAS HIT WITH ROCKS ON LEFT HAND AND RIGHT LEG.
