WHILE TEARING DOWN PORTABLE PLANT TO MOVE LOCATION, EMPLOYEE WAS SITTING ON TOP OF ENGINE COMPARTMENT REMOVING EXHAUST PIPE. PIPE BROKE LOOSE AND EMPLOYEE DIDN'T LET GO OF PIPE AND FELL TO GRO UND ABOUT 10 TO 12 FEET LANDING ON FRESHLY EXCAVATED GROUND BELOW.

WHILE REPAIRS WERE BEING MADE TO THE PRIMARY CONE CRUSHER,THE OPERATOR OF THE BUCYRUS ERIE 35 R MOBIL CRANE OPERATED THE CRANE NEAR AN ENEREGIZED OVERHEAD HIGHT VOLTAGE POWER LINE.THE BOOM CAB LE CAME IN CONTACT WITH ONE ELECTRCIAL LINE WHEN DISCONNECTING THE BOWL RING.
