EMPLOYEE WAS REMOVING BOLT FROM IDLER CAP ON D9N DOZER. AS IMPACT WRENCH SPUN THE BOLT OUT, EMPLOYEE ALLEGEDLY CAUGHT HIS LITTLE FINGER BETWEEN IMPACT WRENCH HANDLE AND DOZER TRACK CAUSING LAC ERATION WHICH REQUIRED STITCHES.
