Bucklen Equipment Company Incorporated · Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

Employee was in loader bucket working on stacker (or conveyor) & wind blew(60 mph in this area that day) stacker/conveyor into our employee. He was pinned between stacker and loader. Loader was than backed up to relieve pressure on him.

Two boys drove a car into the pond as a stunt. Both surfaced, one drowned. This was not during business hours and there was no permission from the company or landowners. The deceased was not an employee of the company.
