EMPLOYEE HAD REPLACED CLAMPS ON HIGH PRESSURE HYDFRAULIC HOSE. HE THEN PROCEDED TO START MACHINE TO CHECK FOR LEAKS. THE HOSE CAME UNCOUPLED STRIKING EMPLOYEE IN THE FACE.
