ELECTRICIAN WAS WALKING OVER A DIRT PILE AND DUCKED UNDER A STEEL BEAM.HOWEVER HE DID NOT DUCK FAR ENOUGH AND HIT HIS HARD HAT ON STEEL BEAM.HE EXPERIENCED PAIN IN HIS NECK AND SHOULDER.
