SLAG FROM WELDED AREA COOLED THUS ALLOWING A PIECE TO POP OFF AND HIT EMPLOYEE IN LEFT EYE. EMPLOYEE HAD JUST LIFTED WELDING HOOD FROM EYES. HE WASHED EYE OUT AND GAVE EMPLOYEE EYE DROPS AND CRAM TO USE.
