WHILE SWINGING JUMPER CABLE OVER GOOSENECK OF SCRAPER (CAT 621) ONE OF THE JUMPER CABLES CAME OUT OF HIS HAND AND FLIPPED UP STRIKING HIM IN THE MOUTH CAUSING LIP TO BE CUT AND FRONT TOOTH TO BE CHIPPED.
