Suffolk Materials LLC · Fall from scaffolds, walkways, platforms

EE was getting off the excavator. EE was walking down a ramp made out of sandy clay when EE lost footing and fell into the pit. EE's left shoulder contacted the ground, resulting in a cracked scapula & 5 broken ribs.
