BURNING DRAIN BARRELS CLEAN. BURNING GARBAGE AT THE SAME TIME. HE DUMPED THE SAMPLE VAN TRASH CAN IN A BARREL WHICH CONTAINED A PAINT CAN. HE NOTICED THERE WAS ROOM FOR MORE TRASH AND THE PAIN CAN APPARENTLY EXPLODED. HE RECEIVED 1ST AND 2ND DEGREE BURNS ON HIS FACE & NECK. HE USUALLY CHECK THE GARBAGE BUT DID NOT THAT NIGHT.
PUTTING NEW MUD FLAP ON CATWAGON HAD AIR WRENCH ON FUEL TANK, STEPPED ON AIRHOSE PULLED AIR WRENCH OFF, HIT TOP OF FOOT.
