While employee was moving 55 gallon drum of Vinyl. Employee pinched a finger between 2 drums.

There was spilled Green Sand on pallet. Employee wiped the green sand off of the pallet with hand.
Employee stacking bagged material on a pallet and palletizing the pallet. Employee states low back pain.

Employee was filling a sand bag when a bad bag broke and hot sand hit arm causing a 1st aide irritation.
Employee was replacing tube to a nozzle for our sand blending system and had cut arm on the metal bracket while replacing the tube.

Repetitive movement. Employee was stacking 100 lb sacks of Pool Sand when he felt pain in his right wrist and elbow. Employee was diagnosed with tennis elbow and ganglion cyst wrist.
