WHEN THE EMPLOYEE DISMOUNTED THE EARTH MOVER, HIS FOOT SLIPPED ON THE BOTTOM STEP. HE WAS HOLDING THE HAND RAIL AND FELL AGAINST THE FRAME OF THE MACHINE. THE 6TH AND 7TH RIBS ON THE RIGHT S IDE WERE BRUISED.

THE DRAGLINE BOOM STOP JAMMED. THE EMPLOYEE USED A HAMMER TO JAR THE BOOM STOP. IT SPRANG FREE AND HIT HIM IN THE HEAD, CAUSING HIM TO FALL OFF THE MACHINE (APPROX. 6 FEET ) TO THE GROUND. INJ URIES CONSIST OF A BUMP ON THE HEAD, SPRAINED RIGHT ANKLE AND SCRATCHES ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE BACK.
