ROCK WAS BLASTED IN UNDERGROUND MINE. UPON RETURNING TO WORK ON 8-22-88 WHILE PERFORMING HIS DAILY INSPECTION THE MINE FOREARM NOTICED THAT A PART OF THE ROOF ADJACENT TO BLAST AREA HAD FALLEN TO THE FLOOR. NO ONE WAS INJURED, THE ROCK HAD FALLEN SAME TIME AFTER BLASTING ON FRIDAY & WHEN HE RETURNED THE FOLLOWING MONDAY. THERE WAS NO ONE WORKING ON OR IN THE MINE DURING THE WEEKEND
