EMPLOYEE WAS CUTTING BOLTS ON CATWALK TO REMOVE CATWALK FROM DRILL. EMPLOYEE WAS STANDING IN FRONT OF CATWALK AND LEANING OVER TO SEE THE LAST BOLT HE WAS CUTTING. AFTER CUTTING LAST BOLT, PLA TFORM FELL STRIKING EMPLOYEE IN HEAD, CAUSING LACERATION WHICH REQUIRED STITCHES.
