INJURED WAS HAULING COAL PROM THE FACE TO THE BELTLINE WITH A WESCHER FRACTOR. INJURED HAD HIS HAND OUTSIDE OF DECK OF TRACTOR PINCHING HIS FINGER BETWEEN THE TRACTOR DECK AND THE COAL RIB. IN JURED HAD LACERATION TO MIDDLE FINGER AND LACER ATION BETWEEN MIDDLE FINGER AND RING FINGER ON RT HAND.

MR. MASON WAS SETTING A ROOF JACK ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF A WILCOX MINER WHEN A LOOSE PIECE OF ROCK FELL & STRUCK HIM ON THE UPPER SHOULDERS CAUSING BRUISES TO T HE SHOULDER AREA. FIRST AID WAS ADMINISTERED & HE WAS TAKEN TO KNOX COUNTY HOSPITAL FOR TREATMENT & OBSERVATION.
