Mineral Park Materials, LLC · Fall to the walkway or working surface

Employee was climbing up 3/8" sized material pile with wrenches. He dropped to the ground suddenly expressing sharp pain shot up his leg and fell on his side. No change in skin color or no swelling occurred, but was not able to support weight on calf.
