THE INJURED WAS PRESSING A SHAFT FROM A GEAR ON THE HYD PRESS IN HIS ATTEMPT TO REMOVE THE GEAR FROM PRESS TABLE AFTER COMPLETION HE KNOCKED OF A "Z" INCH THICK METAL PLATE FROM THE TABLE WHIC H LANDED ON HIS FOOT. THE LITTLE TOE ON THE LEFT FOOT WAS BROKE.
