EE was driving a pin with a hand held hammer to remove the sprocket assembly of the conveyor motor. EE missed the pin and struck their right thumb.

EE was swinging auger steels during mining. The auger was sitting on a slight slope. EE felt knee "pop". EE said it hurt a little but didn't think anything of it. EE worked the remainder of the shift. EE states woke up in the middle of the night in a lot of pain and could not bend the knee. EE was treated on 08/30/2024 at an Urgent Care.

We were pulling the hole and EE was stacking the auger back on the sled and when EE stacked the top one it didn't get seated far enough back in the cradle and rolled off the top and landed on EE's right foot.

Employee was injured while attempting to lift an auger flight with a hoist. The flight hung up and when the employee freed it, one end of the flight fell onto the employees left hand.
