Cone crusher stopped. Employee determined it was electric in the pond box. He placed ladder against cone crusher & climbed up to electric box & opened it with screwdriver. At some point he lost his balance & fell into the electric box & got burnt by power, power was not turned off, then he fell off ladder hitting head.
