CLUTCH GAVE OUT SLIPPED ON TARACK RETURNING TO PIT WITH WATER, W BLOCKING RAOD. WHEN TRUCK WAS BEING TOWED TO PIT THE TOW CABLE BRAKE, TRUCK ROLLED BACK AND FRIVER JUMPED OUT, CAUGHT SLEEV E ON DOOR AND COULDN,T CLEAR TURCK TIRES WHICH ROLLED OVER BOTH ANKLES. SIMPLE FRACTURE TO ONE ANKLE, COMPOUND FRACTURE REQUIRED SURGERY, PLATE AND PIN TO OTHER ANKLE.
