Gold States Mining Corp · Struck by flying object

Employee was cutting metal with a 4.5 inch grinder when a piece of metal entered the right eye. All safety equipment was being used. Changed policy from safety glasses and a full face shield too goggles and a full face shield during any grinding and cutting tasks.
