Saehr Backhoe & Gravel Inc. · Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

Neighbor or landowner has property adjoining mine and was moving a vehicle from his adjoining property when he decided to cut across the mine property and use the pit haul road. They were using a forklift to carry a junk car when the forklift stopped running they began pulling it with a farm tractor in that scenario the two collided which crushed the driver.
