Workers,using a wheel loader and chains, were moving a conveyor with tail pulley (had lifted conveyor approx 2 ft off ground). One chain broke causing conveyor pulley to fall to ground striking employee's left leg/foot (foot was not pinned underneath). Employee limped away from scene and taken to emergency room.
