THE EE WAS FATALLY INJURED WHEN HE APPARENTLY FELL ONTO A MOVING CONVEYOR BELT THAT RAN IMMEDIATELY UNDER AN EL JAY ROLLERCONE WHILE HE WAS IN THE PROCESS OF INVESTIGATING A PROBLEM WITH SAID ROLLERCONE. HIS INJURIES APPARENTLY RESULTED WHEN HE WAS PINCHED BETWEEN THE MOVING CONVEYOR BELT & FRAME OF THE ROLLERCONE.
