Miner was constructing a part for equipment cutting a piece of rubber. He states he lost balance due to the pressure he was placing on the material and cut himself trying to keep from falling.

Employee alleges trying to close door on equipment and could not reach door handle from seated position in operators seat tried closing door through open window. The door came to close and smashed his arm between the door and metal bar part of equipment.
