WHILE TAKING APART AN AIR BRAKE CHAMBER TO REPLACE A LEAKING DIAPHRAM, THE EMPLOYEE WAS DISTRACTED BY TAKING A LUNCH BREAK. WHEN HE RETURNED, HE REMOVED A CLAMP PREMATURELY RELEASING A SPRING WHICH HIT HIM ON HIS LEFT FOREARM. THE EMPLOYEE NEGLECTED TO RELEASE THE SPRING PRESSURE BEFORE REMOVING THE CLAMP.
