AFTER PARKING LOADER EE WAS CLIMBING DOWN LADDER OF LOADER AND STEPPED FROM BOTTOM STEP ONTO UNLEVEL GROUND TURNING HIS ANKLE AND CAUSING THE FRACTURE.
