WEATHER CONDITIONS WERE EXTREMELY WET. THIS ACCIDENT OCCURRED DURING LAST RAINSTORM WE WERE NOT ABLE TO GET EQUIPMENT BACK TO WATER PUMP EMPL USED HANDS TO LIFT PUMP WHEN HERNIA OCCURRED.
