I NAME FORGOT T2 PUSH THE OFF BUTTON ON THE LANCE HE WAS TIGHTENING A NOZZLE ON THE END OF THE LANCE AND JERKED IT BACKWARDS AND ENDGAGED THE TRIPPER WHICH STARTED THE LANCE MOVING.IT PINNED H IS FINGER IN TH9 CHANNEL.LEFT INDEX FINGER WAS FRACTURED NOTHING ELSE.
