Buckley Construction II · Fall from machine

The EE's were moving around conveyors, when they noticed a bucket had become lodged in the cross bar of the gray conveyor. At the time, no conveyors were running. Injured EE decided to get the bucket off the conveyor. He did not lock out conveyor. The other EE was going to turn on a different conveyor, but accidentally turned on the one w/bucket and injured EE fell off end.
